Digging the sunlight on her second-skin of sequins with the sweet simplicity of it all. Wouldn’t it make a killer NYE dress for a tropical locale like Miami, St. Barths, Ibiza?  While many of my friends have escaped to Aspen and Miami for NYE, I’m off to do this year a little more intimate.  What’s your big plans for the New Year – outfit, parties, resolutions?
